DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So Gaius and that girl actually did it lul I still felt this was a below average episode. It didn't get me to care about the characters despite giving them some noticable personalities. Plus, there's events building up and I feel like something big is about to go down soon. | Argh... I was a bit disappointed with the first episode but I am totally disappointed with this one. Besides the end which has its own problems, most of the episode was dialogues and it was really boring for me. Even the action part has problems with it being a bit rushed with mostly stiff animation, missed opportunity. I find this pretty lackluster, to be honest. 2/5 I still have a little hope it will improve. |

| What a boring episode. The characters got some characterization, but I don't care. Their fight against that woman was okay. Apparently they killed someone she loved and she is out for revenge. Something big is going to happen. |

| I agree with everyone. This is just plain boring and honestly, I don't see its potential of getting any better. Sucks that I don't drop shows anymore since this would be an easy drop for me. I'll keep on going praying for it to get more interesting and less cliche. |

| It's sort of amazing exactly how boring this show is. The characters are bland and their interactions all feel fisted in there without any feeling or actual reason behind it, the story's just dull exposition with very rare (and still sort of meh) action plopped in between it, and the entire presentation does nothing to try to make either of these things more interesting. You can do dialogue-heavy and exposition-based series well but it feels like this isn't even trying to do that. I have to say though, some of the hands down worst parts are literally any scene with the main character's girlfriend in it. There's no reason or endearing content there to make us care about either her or their relationship, especially when everything they do show is basically just nauseating "No, I love you more!" interactions with added dull "We're in a sexual relationship but I still feel embarrassed to say I love you for no reason because this is a stupid anime written by a guy that's never touched a girl before and thinks this will make me moe" factor. I can only assume she's here to do what all pre-established girlfriends do in these sorts of series - die horribly and provide whatever the lacklustre MC's name was with barely earnt #Mangst. Yawn. Needless to say, I'm dropping this. |

| This show is doing a terrible job of actually giving me a reason to care about the characters. So far, the only thing these characters are good for is to bickering at each other and fujoshi bait. The animation is still very bad with boring action sequences and most of the characters in combat just jumping around. It legitimately took me 2 tries to finish the episode because I fell asleep twice because of all the damn talking and boring pan shots. Nothing the characters are saying are interesting and nothing interesting is happening on the screen. I hope this get's better, but I already gave the anime a score of a 3. |

| This is probably one of those animes where nothing happen but they still to managed to make you think something is about to happen in the next episode, but then when the next episode comes is more of the same. But is just epsiode 2, so I gonna get the bait again. |

| I like it. Since its a light novel adaptation the most wise is to watch it till chapter 4 when I assume vol 1 would be fully animated. then make a decision if continue watching or not |

| Okay maybe it's a bit boring at first, but to be honest, I like this anime, it reminds me of God Eater but with magic LOL. I'm Interested about the woman in black and man.. Gaius really is not a dense MC like other common anime he really did it with his girl! |
| The snoozefest continues and wow that exposition dump during the car scene. Next episode determines,if i will drop this or not. It doesn't look good. |

| Like Straggy said, the 'We have a sexual relationship but I can't say I love you' is kinda annoying. Overall an average episode. I'm really curious which direction the serie is gonna take us. |

| I don't know what to think of this series just yet, giving me a a lot of mixed feelings. The Twelve Winged Generals might be the only relatively interesting thing in this episode for me, even the fight wasn't that intriguing, considering it was technically short. |

| It was easy to suppose, the woman in under the couple of Kill Dragons, because they killed the Black Dragon in the first episode, right? The Bishop hidden more :/ |

| I wanted to stop watching after the first 5 minutes, but I continued to watch. I am holding out hope that something big will happen that would turn this anime into a rollercoaster ride, but I think that might not happen. I'll probably wait until episode 4 or 5 to make a decision. |

| I have seen worse shows....far worse. It's entertaining enough for me at least. I do like Gaius' girlfriend, he's a dead man when he gets home though. |
