I am very interested to learn more about the dynamic between Shinobu and Araragi, we've gotten bits and pieces but there is definitely a whole other world of information we have yet to learn about between those two And that ending tho, this makes Araragi effort in finding Shinobu skyrocket because there's a pretty good chance he isn't going to just start dating Hanekawa, especially because Senjougahara would kill both of them in the process lol |

| IT FINALLY HAPPENED. I can die happy now. My sole reason for getting into the Monogatari series outside of the toothbrush scene has been fulfilled. The sexy catgirl is top tier. Shaft sure knows how to animate catgirls. I saw the cause of Hanekawa's stress for a while, but I never thought Nekokawa would be so upfront about it. Wonder what Araragi is going to do. This better not become "SchoolDaysGatari". |
| Bruh, that OP with the fanservice lmao. Also, I don't exactly remember the clues that made me speculate that the stress was coming from love, but I kind of guessed it was that. Maybe it was the fact that she constantly talked about his girlfriend and almost tutored him in how to act towards a girl at times. |

| Looks like the meddlecat isn't that stupid at all. She may be very dangerous, but she is very wise at the same time. Looks like the dumb person is Araragi. I guess we can't blame him. To guess that Hanekawa is in love with him is probably something that never crossed his mind. Being with Hitagi has making him blind. Beside this, we saw some really funny moments. Poor guy, being teased between oppais. No wonder his mind goes all crazy. Perfect face to make after teasing someone like that: Oshino-san is a good friend of him. He probably knew the source of Hanekawa's stress, but didn't tell him. His action is spot-on with Hanekawa's stress. By allowing the meddlecat roaming free, he probably knew that she would tell Araragi the source of her stress. Shaft is very clever with making new opening. In one arc that has less that 5 ep. we have already seen 2 openings. This opening was very erotic. Hahha, many cat fangs were groping her. Looks like his harem has started already and I bet it will grow. Next ep. is the last of this season and it looks like it will be the end of Hanekawa's case, though I bet we will see the meddlecat further on. |

| That whole scene with Arraragi making the black Hanekawa do cute things was very entertaining. I hope they find Shinobu, I want to see how she acts after the journey to find herself. I am thinking that currently, Shinobu is the only way to get rid of the black Hanekawa, because I don't see Arrargi being okay with the option the cat brought up. |

Obligatory Hanekawa is hot and Neko Hanekawa is even hotter. I thought so, Araragi was the source of Hanekawa's stress. What is our boy Araragi going to do to deal with that stress. | Things are stirring up as Araragi tries to find Shinobu's whereabouts and calling every girl he helped This Black Hanekawa is really that hard to deal with but she's being reasonable as she escaped from Oshino As the oddity explaining what they actually are and why Hanekawa accumulates all that stress and it revealed to Araragi that Hanekawa loves him. |

| So turns out I was correct, almost. She is indeed stressed and since the source was never solved, the cat returned. But what got me is her falling in love with Ruraragi. Well, not the fact that she's in love, no, that one was expected and even foreshadowed somewhat but rather the fact that her falling in love is the source of her stress. I thought she might have been relieving her stress by talking to Ararararagi. That sets up a very interesting conflict for Rararagi, a choice between Senjougahara or saving his fellow classmate, both being very important to him. Although this is a harem series too so I guess there's a get-out-of-jail-free-card sitting somewhere. |

| i like the cat! kindaa saw that ending and cliffhanger coming but its still cool. i thought he should have been with hanekawa the whole time anyways personally, and senjougahara would have been the antagonizer in that scenario. im not sure if they were tryna divert expectations doing it the other way around or if my expectations are the abnormal ones though. |

| Man I love these amazing backgrounds and atmospheres. The surreality of the city at night, it is one of my favorite types of art, whether real or animated. I often have dreams where I am in a mysterious (but not dangerous) empty area at night, sometimes in a city, sometimes in a rural area... And even better, sometimes my dreams like, evolve my old hometown, changing things, not enough that I can't recognize where I am, but adding things in a way that envokes an emotion similar to (but not the same as) deja vu, nostalgia, wanderlust, and surrealism. It's like a certain mixture of those together that creates a feeling I can only feel very rarely, and cannot "force" it to occur manually - it can only come by happenstance when either I am in one of those dreams, or when I'm outside during either twilight or night in a place that is somewhat familiar and somewhat unfamiliar at the same time. Does anyone else understand what I mean or maybe has had that before? It is such a je ne sais quoi kind of thing, undescribable in and of itself, because it is an emotion that I do not believe has a name for, a feeling of surreality and both connectedness and disconnectedness at the same time. It has been a long time since I have had such a dream since I don't get as much as I used to 8 to 12 years ago-ish. I still retain certain memories of certain dreams from then that I wish I could dive back into. Man... Thank you Shaft, and screw all the haters who disrespect this style of art and animation. |

| I alr had a gut feeling that Hanekawa being in love with Araragi was true cause I think her whole body sign or the way she acts around him. and all kinda gave it away and so how will Rararagi deal with this love conflict? Also her stress obv slowly builds up after araragi and gahara starts getting closer and all. |

| Not gonna lie, I truly like Hanekawa but this arc didn't need to be 4-episode long (not counting Ep.12 for obvious reasons). And Arararagi... you sure are dense, man. Anyways, Hanekawa was shown getting figuratively fucked in the OP so episode was saved imo. |

| Finally, the real OP is here. The photographic version was a bit unsettling and on my first watch, I never saw the 2nd version of the OP. Such a missed opportunity that was. The ED also slightly changed which I also didn't expect. I thought there were only 3 versions of the ED but I guess I was wrong. Insane how I'm still finding new things about Bakemonogatari. Tho that's probably more my fault for watching the wrong version on my first watch. What's more insane is seeing people complaining about the animation in the comments from 2010. I really need to see just how bad the TV broadcast version was just for the sake of curiosity. Anyway, this episode was great. Nadeko, Kanbaru, and Senjougahara being the people from the radio show mentioned in the last episode was a great follow-up to that joke lol. Senjougahara's tsundere service was also very endearing. The return of Black Hanekawa. The reason she appears is stress. And this time the stress was born from Hanekawa loving Araragi. Sheesh. Araragi suddenly finding a girlfriend must've done a number on that poor girl. Idk what I would've done in that situation. But if it was me I probably would've chose Hanekawa in the first place. Then again, it also would've been quite difficult to turn down Senjougahara. Both emotionally and also for my physical well-being considering what she might do if she got rejected... |
| Black Hanekawa attracting Araragi with that tongue twister while also a joke, is a clever foreshadowing in and of itself, considering the reveal from Neko about Hanekawa's inner feelings. Looking forward to the last episode. |
