Idiot gets into a polyamories relationship. Comedy ensues 

these shows not only have similar plots (MC with multiple love interests) but close animation, too, with almost the same color selection and OPs/EDs - the typical romcom-ish ones. the main difference is in the MCs, not quite alike.  

Though the story is different. The two shows share an extremely similar art style, plus the character's personalities are quite alike too. 

Both are harem anime, where the MC can be seen cringey and annoying sometimes. (Both in Muse Asia too lol). They are both high schoolers and kind of the same art style. The ones you watch while there is nothing more to watch. The ones you'll put down and do something else because you can't bear what mc is doing or saying. Though if you like either one, I recommend the other one. 

The character designs remind me of each other in addition to the overall vibe of each show. Both feature protagonists with multiple love interests and I can say that if you enjoy this show, you will likely enjoy Koi to Uso.  

Kanojo mo Kanojo and Aho Girl share the same mangaka. The comedy is the same: a lot of yelling, dumb situations, and scenes going from 1 to 100. Both are creative and refreshing in their premise.

Both are highly over the top rom coms that start with a threesome relationship then it evolves into chaotic harem. The humor is similar with a lot of absurd situations and shouting so if you liked one, you'll like the other too. 

Both anime series are romantic comedies, with comedy taking center stage. At least in the first season of Saekano, everything is humorous with minimal drama. The protagonist is an irredeemable fool, but incredibly charismatic. 

both protagonist are officially two timing his gorgeous girlfriends... besides the two timing there's more girls... I mean almost four timing. 

Kanojo mo Kanojo is what School Days would be if Makoto wasn't a total skeez. Highly recommended if, for some reason, you want a more lighthearted take on NTR. 

Both animes become an extreme harem situation where it's not clear who's gonna win.

Not sure how nobody has made this recommendation yet, I find them sorta similar in vibe and it is about teenagers in a relationship living together. 

They aren't the same genre (isekai and romance), but they're both comedy and the cast feels similar : the girls have obvious flaws and are kinda stupid and endearing  

Gamers! and Kanojo mo Kanojo both agree on the same trick when it comes to telling a story: you can explore a lot of plot and get a lot of laughs by having very, very, foolish characters. Looking for a romantic comedy of fools? Then these two series are just what you're looking for. In both Gamers! and Kanojo mo Kanojo, you'll find a central cast of silly characters that constantly make the wrong move, allowing situations to spiral increasingly out of control until some unexpected savant brilliance brings things to a hilarious close... or maybe that only worked because all the other characters were also just as much of a klutz? Kanojo mo Kanojo is driven mostly by its characters making hilariously awful decisions, while Gamers! is propelled by terrible misunderstandings between its core cast. If you enjoy low-stakes romantic comedy you'll enjoy these shows. Don't take things too seriously, though — the characters always find new ways to make mountains out of molehills! TLDR: This recommendation is based primarily on similarities in atmosphere and setting. read more 

These two shows somewhat grew on me on how to embrace tropes (Girlfriend Girlfriend) and breaking some tropes (The Dreaming Boy is a Realist). Don't see at the average rating being given by the users, you might be surprised at how much you'll enjoy these two 

Both shows are fairly easy-going, fun harem rom-coms, with your everyday studious MC being surrounded by cute girls with varying personalities. We Never Learn also goes for a slice-of-life format so it’s a similar sort of ‘turn your brain off’ romcom if you just want to watch cute girls fight(?) over a guy. 

Both are apparently lowbrow series with highbrow appeal. They have this shared type of humour, the one which relies on the viewer laughing at the sheer stupidity of the situation. They start from the premise that the viewer is actually not taking everything at face value. They are jokes everyone was in on: the staff, the author, the editor, your average viewer. Everyone, but the many who possess an objectively superior taste in anime. While Eromanga's production is really good, no caps, making the joke less obvious, Kanojo mo Kanojo's intentionally trashy at times, over the top OST and voice acting are a perfect match for the humour on display. Two 'goated' subversive masterpieces for the cynics that value enjoyment and laughter over how the unadulterated views them. Also, they both share some rather philosophical aspects regarding problematic media and the role offensive jokes have in society. (See. Yugoslavia's downfall, where the so-called racist jokes were the first to go down. That's a sign of tension regardless of whether the change is towards the greater good or not. I happen to believe that you become truly racist/a paedophile/a degenerate the moment you relinquish those jokes. The same goes for our series: the moment you cancel something like this, you refuse to acknowledge how stupid paedophilia, incest, racism and so on and so forth truly are. Treating them seriously will not fix the problem, it will, however, give hope to those fellas that are no longer the butt of the jokes) Don't be the people that call Nabokov's Lolita a book for paedophiles. read more 

Both of these anime make use of the most generic and overused trope out there (harem), but somehow the end result is something -dare I say- nothing sort of spectacular. Don't just look at the average user rating, both of these anime are SEVERELY underrated imo 

MC just finds himself having more and more girls fawn over him in the silliest ways imaginable, nothing to take seriously.
