Both stories evolve around boys club consisted of eccentric pretty boys that attend a school full of rich children. A clueless girl unexpectedly to herself gets involved with this club and somehow becomes a member of it. To retain the membership, she disguises herself as a boy.

They both give of same vibes Also the "story" telling is quite similar

If you like the character design for Ai Hoshino, then you'll also probably like Mayumi Doujima's design.

Both series are about somewhat shallow boys in school creating a club for detective work. Both have main protagonists who are obsessed with beauty.

I love calling Bishounen (Reverse Quintessential Quintuplets) because the main character is now a girl and the rest of the 5 are now boys (When you consider 1 male character and 5 female characters in Quintuplets). The reason I called it that way is because Mayumi wants answers from 5 males, Hyouta, Manabu, Sousaku, Nagahiro, and Michiru to the mysterious problem, similar in a way with the Nakano sisters who needed answers to solve in their practice from one male, Fuutarou. Any answer is an answer no matter or whatever you’re trying to solve. These Bishounen males do work together to help Mayumi very similar to  read more

Both anime are works of Nisioisin and Shaft. Similar style and aesthetics, themes of detectives, diverse cast of entertaining characters.

Both clubs try to solve problems while having different personalities. In Chuubyou, they chose Mizuki because of her eye patch and in Bishounen they chose Mayumi because of her pretty eyes. If you enjoyed one of these titles, you would definietly enjoy the other one because of their plot similarity. Chuubyou has more comedy than Bishounen tho.

Bishounen Tanteidan features the same energy as LWA, only more, descriptive, solid plot points. It's about a group of detectives who take on small cases, and even a hit-an-run case at the end. The plot is detailed, decisive, and descriptive, while keeping the childish and happy-go-lucky antics.

Do you like the wonderfully weird dialogue of young detectives? Both shows have mysteries, but Pretty Boy Detective Club is much more focused on mysteries. SoreMachi is more comedic. Pretty Boy is more "beautiful", while SoreMachi is "stupid" but in a good way. They also have fun animation and were made by the same director and studio.

Both series parody common troupes in their respective genres. OPM makes fun of superhero shows like My Hero Academia and Bishounen is quite literally an attack on Ouran Koukou Host Club with Monogatari-like directing; heck Bishounen makes fun of its sister series of Bakemonogatari. Specifically, One Punch Man jokes about Gary Stus and 'bringer of justice' type characters while Bishounen attacks the male and female stereotypes of Ouran Koukou Host Club with fanservice parody, 'handsome vs. beautiful' nonsense. Both are hilarious.
