The author published a couple of chapters in one of the shoujo magazines and drew a poster with male characters in ikemen image for some women's magazine. If I remember correctly, they did the collaboration in recognition of manga's large female audience.

Well, as we see with Saiki Kusuo and Attack on Titan, this isn't the first time male-focused or gender-neutral works have received shoujo adaptations.

Well, Code Geass has indeed always had a significant female fanbase, especially due to CLAMP as an illustrator, but why Cowboy got an adaptation in a shoujo magazine is a mystery to me.

Hello! I'm sorry, but neither Cowboy Bebop nor Code Geass were shoujo anime. These are original shows for a more or less wide audience that have received adaptations in shoujo magazines, among others.

I definitely agree. It's cute art belies that it deals with some pretty heavy topics, and doesn't pull its punches with them. I really enjoyed its perspective on small town life and on trying to find your place in the world.

Well I didn't really like it... at first it was a recap and then as it continued I felt like there were a lot of unanswered things and idk how to explain it but it started doing downhill... like the people they rescued forgot all about them?!?! I feel like it had potential but then no... just like TPN S2.. :/

Movie 4: The Final Stroke (movie), Boku no Hero Academia the Movie 3: World Heroes' Mission, Kakushigoto Movie, Cider no You ni Kotoba ga Wakiagaru (movie), Nomad: Megalo Box 2 Short Anime, and maybe Wonder Egg Priority (if it's a summer anime hahah)

I'm currently watching 86, Bakuten!!, Boku no Hero Academia 5th Season, Fruits Basket: The Final, Fumetsu no Anata e, Hige wo Soru. Soshite Joshikousei wo Hirou, Mashiro no Oto, Nomad: Megalo Box 2, Shadows House, Shakunetsu Kabaddi, Tokyo Revengers, and Yuukoku no Moriarty 2nd Season. I'm also waiting for Kaguya- sama: Love is war to air :D

Well, there is this manwha called when the villainess reverses the hourglass I have reread it since it's really good! I also started reading The Way To Protect The Female Lead's Older Brother - it's really good and the FL is a badass I really love her!

As to animes I tried to catch up on Wonder Egg Priority and SK8 yesterday and today I watched Skate- Leading Stars. I'm thinking of starting Stein: Gates since I've heard the women's characters are well written!
