Both have: - Both about a woman finding salvation/answer through a younger girl. - Both have woman spoiling the younger girl using their talent to gain their trust for their own reasons. - Made by the same studio. - Later in the show, both pretty much have a broken "light" "3-way love triangle" - Both have light comedy. - Food kinda becomes the core of the plot lmao...

Misha looks like a younger version of Sena, I couldn’t stop thinking that. I haven’t seen Haganai in years but Rika and the trap could fuse to physically become the pedophila predator I forgot her name. Hope this persuasive and well thought out recommendation interests you!!1!

Shoujo ai comedy with an obsessive top and rejective bottom, mildly erotic

Both Umaru and Misha have no life (they want to play games and stay home all day), they're also similar to eachother appearance wise.

The lolis are almost the same character and even if the character background isn't exactly the same, they surely are very similar in that aspect as well. Despite both being a comedy, the plot in both series isn't as shallow as one might think. Even when putting all the similarities aside, it's a must watch show for people who love lolis. Uzamaid got the perverted lolicon maid who is very direct when it comes to her superior taste in women (both in the script and in the animation) and Astarotte is more ecchi themed with lots of loli fanservice. The art/animation in both series is a  read more

Both are trash in concept, but relish in it, making for really fun comedy, with some surprising touching moment.

Both series have the "lol pedophilia" joke as the hook, but end up being emotional, sad, and touching.

They're both slice of life series with similar humor of an older woman who loves cute little girls and takes it too far. Some of the character archetypes are even similar. They both have a blonde girl who's not Japanese and is outspoken, a shy and timid girl in glasses and a pigtailed girl who's very energetic and constantly tries to 1-up everyone.
