Gaikotsu Shotenin Honda-san

Both series take place mainly in Manga/Book store, both are comedies centered mainly around topic of selling and appreciating books/mangas, both use humor to shed little light to behind the scene of inner workings of book shop, even type of humor is similar. Main difference is that Honda-san´s character design is more fantastic where Denkigai is normal (well 16yo girl looking like 9/10yo but other than that trope - normal) 

Similar comedy, though Honda-san is much more loud and over-the-top. They both feature characters with hidden faces that work in retail. They also both have very unique art styles that work well for the stories they are trying to tell. For such short series, they have surprisingly fleshed out characters that are distinct and enjoyable to watch. 

Both deal with the problems that a worker might face in their day-to-day life, so if you enjoyed that part of Aggresive Retsuko, then you may find some of this in Skullfaced Bookseller Honda-san, and vice versa.. Be warned, though, that they differ in that Aggretsuko deals more with work-life balance, while Honda-san is more about informing people about the process of bookselling, so the overall feelings of the shows are different. 

Both shows have similar art, and similar quick-format storytelling. The setting and story are both completely different, but the tone of the characters and how they're written feels very similar between the two shows. I feel like if you enjoy one, you'll most likely enjoy the other. 

Very similar loud and random comedy, with distinct and unique characters. I could totally imagine an episode of Honda-san being played out in Gintama and it would fit right in. They also both occasionally balance out this over the top comedy with slower, more slice of life character moments. 

Both have simple animation style, similar style of comedy and references to otaku culture. 

These two are full of weird characters and similar humor. You probably wouldn't want to meet to many of them in real life, though that only adds to the comedy. They've generally got similar vibes, though Arakawa tends to rely more on gags and randomness for it's humor.

In both of them tells about a narrow subject, they can see how each of the characters relates to this. Their themes are that they are no longer at the peak of popularity, which is why it causes some sadness and nostalgia. Also, they are made in simple graphics with specific features. 

Two frenetic comedy anime which base most of their humor on parodying and referencing pop culture. Certainly two anime for the shitposters. 

-Both have choppy animations but it's part of their charm -Pretty wacky artstyle -Banger OPs and EDs -Comedy -Unlike Gaikotsu, Africa no Salaryman has a bit of a plot towards the last episodes, what I mean by that is that there is a climax before the final episode where as Gaikotsu it's stories usually end each episode. -Africa no Salaryman is based of anthropomorphic animals working in a corporation (kinda like a spin-off of Retsuko) -Gaikotsu is narration from a skeleton who works in a bookstore -I honestly thought that the first episode both of these animes were hard to get through, but it was worth it -I found Gaikotsu a lot more enjoyable than Africa no Salaryman (some jokes were hit or miss, mostly at the few last episodes) If you value comedy over animation then these animes are for you read more 

Both anime show aspects of book publishing in Japan. "Fune wo Amu" shows the editing process while "Gaikotsu Shotenin Honda-san" shows the retail side. While each are very different in tone and style, watching both can give some insight into Japan's publishing world. 

Both has MCs that are weird and are not human. 

Did you enjoy watching a waifu working in a regular job? If the answer was "yes" then you will probably enjoy this anime as well. Honda-san and Lucy are some of the best waifus this industry can supply and will probably hook you to the show.

Both are anime about parts of daily life relating to otaku culture. 

Themed around books in a way that will certainly make the bookworm audience rejoice. 

Both of the shows are about the working environment. while Gaikotsu focuses on the bookstore employee aspect more, Working still shows a lot of the aspects of working in a family restaurant. In general they both follow the lives of the employees. 

Both shows are essentially situational comedies that are largely episodic in nature. The episodes are extremely short (which means you can binge watch them in one go), and if you enjoy jokes where you don't have to think too much to laugh, then you're gonna enjoy both these shows.  

in my opinion both have a similiar comedy taste even tho Gaikotsu Shotein takes place at a book shop while Asobi takes place at school both of them talks about daily life moments that ocurr in a funny and exaggerated way what makes impossible not to laugh while watching them if you want to have a good time while watching anime i recommend one of these  

Both are stories about people having a hard time at work, but loving their job anyway, and both shows teach us stuff about the anime's theme in a very fun way. The jokes are very similar.
