Both deal with a high-rank criminality city Both have several delinquents groups (mafia) Both deal with hacker characters Both have comics moments Both have beautiful graphics Both have similar patterns Both have tigh-knit friendship Surely you like one you will like the other

Both involve a mafia-like organisation: Bungou has the Port Mafia and Ramens has the Kakyuu Group and the Murder Inc Both have cool and badass characters

Ensemble cast of criminals with great friendship, rivalries, and chemistry. Great action and humour. Each character has a vivid past and personality and makes the world feel big and full of potential stories to tell.

both has lovable characters who have fun and also do some work and fighting talk a lot about freindship.

Both main characters have some relations with the police and the gangs

This anime is freaking tribute for Cowboy Bebop. Protagonist looks like Spike and has really similar nature. Except that you''ll see in this anime a lot of details which are connected to Cowboy. If you are not sure, just check the ending :D

Both have similar moods, have both serious and goofy moments, and require a fairly large amount of suspension of disbelief to enjoy. Still, they are both enjoyable for what they are, and if you are in the mood for a neon lights downtown crime-solving (or committing) adventure, either one will suffice. They also both have pretty good jazzy soundtracks, including the openings.

-Both mcs are detectives. -Both of the main character get involved in solving crimes or interfering it. -Both shows have mainly a male-based casts.

They give off very similar vibes. Urban settings (mostly at night), assassins, action, etc. Very similar jazzy soundtrack that really make the mood work well. They are also both about large organizations/cities that try to organize the characters. If you want something fun and exciting, while a bit ridiculous, these are both enjoyable.

Lin/Banba and Mikoto/Tatsuru's relationship dynamic is EXTREMELY similiar. Older man and younger man, older man more care free and needs to gain younger mans trust, untrusting younger man who thinks the older man is annoying but trusts him after a while. Also although hakata tonkotsu ramens is not a sports anime overall, baseball is mentioned a lot and related to things throughout the show, so it could also be considered similiar with the sports.

It’s hard to explain why It’s similar xD but don’t you know how in Hakata tonkotsu ramens they always out smart someone that’s how it is in Acca 13 ( I like animes like these two lol but it’s hard to explain how they’re similar without watching them )

Be gay. Do crime. Ramens is definitely more light-hearted and Banana fish does develop the characters much better but I love both series and they're so enjoyable!

While the plots of the two stories are different, both animes feature two assassin protagonists, one of whom was originally perceived as the main enemy of the other main character, and the other seeking in their murderous acts a way to heal a wound from the past. Furthermore, the two protagonists see in the two animes their relationship evolve through the events in a very similar and interesting way, going from complete strangers with a one-sided attachment to mutual affection.

Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens = LycoReco sweets & cafe. This is girl version. You can feel great teamwork with special chemistry

Both anime include revenge as a plot point. For Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens, it's relatively short since the series is pretty episodic. If you want to see a whole story of revenge, then 91 Days is the anime you want to watch. Also, both give off a similar vibe. They take place in different time periods, but both have a 1920's-1940's feel with the mafia (from 91 Days) and the hitmen (from Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens).

both animes have similar light hearted vibes with a loose plot. they have the bickering two male lead dynamic.

Similar vibes detective/slight romance/city scape and chill atmosphere

Even if Occultic;nine does not include explicit killers (well just the albino kid), there is a mysterious atmosphere in both shows. In addition, the killing part is present, on Hakata is explicit Killers doing a job and getting paid while on Occultic;nine we have the 'occult' with black magic and other resources. Of course, reasons behind deaths were money, ambition, or killing just for fun in both shows

less to do with plot similarity, but i personally found a similar vibe between the character dynamics and the development of relationships and friendships throughout the episodic feel of both shows. both are action-based and features characters that hit hard.

Both series have a great cast of characters in a spy/criminal/underground theme.

The same mix of serious moments/comedy and clever storytelling. Both stories revolve about crime and have similar heartfelt atmosphere. Kirill and Doug duo dynamic resemble those of Lin and Banba. In short: androgynous, energetic man meets observant and composed man. The unlikely pair works very well togethter. Cross dressing shenanigans ensue. Both show are abysmally underappreciated.

you've got your ragtag team of misfits/weirdoes that form a found family bonding through dubious activities and walking a morally gray line in a restless city that never sleeps. it's just a matter of rating and how much blood you're okay with seeing on screen.

Both shows have a similar air of being about detectives who are running behind a very dangerous evil entity.

While the plot of these anime could not be more different they ultimately share a central and integral similarity: their humane and sympathetic portrayal of transness in a medium that usually handles such subject matter horribly. While Wandering Son is quiet, smart and introspective and Ramens is loud, dumb, and thoughtless, they both portray people who are often discarded or disparaged as real people who are worthy of love and respect. It does not follow that if you like one you will like the other, but if humanizing portrayals of trans people in anime is something you are interested in than both contain this all  read more

The main characters in both shows have a dangerous job In both shows one of the main characters is a bit goofy, but when needed can be dark and dangerous (Coco and Banba) In both anime the main characters are surrounded by (mostly) badass support characters with each their own 'speciality'

Both have quite some (well - animated) action and involve dangerous 'jobs' Jirou and Yashiro share the same voice actor Lin and Misaki both are strong fighters with a temper, but both mean well
