Both series are focuses on snacks tbh in Dagashi Kashi it's about candy while in Pan de Peace it's about bread PS: Dagashi is 24mins. per episode while PDP has 3mins.

I have some JKs, I have some bread Uh Pan de Peace. I have some JKs, I have some Meshi Uh JK Meshi. If you like watching short shows about moe high school girls talking about food then both shows are much watches. JK Meshi has more breadth (pun maybe intended) covering a wider range of food stuffs, whereas Pan de Peace focuses on breads and baked good.

-Both about cute moe girls that cook. -Koufuku Graffiti is longer and revolves around a range of food, not just bread.

Pan de Peace is about a girl who befriends another just because they both like bread. Nyanko Days is about a girl who befriends another just because they both likes cats.

Both Clannad and Pan de Peace take place mainly in a school setting, but have bread and bakeries as underlying themes. Much like Clannad, a lot of Pan de Peace's jokes are bread related. Both shows also have a lot of moe, and even have similar characters. Noa is like Fuuko in that both are underdeveloped and have wild imaginations, and her overall personality is like a combo of Tomoyo and Fuuko. Minami is like Sunohara as both are very energetic, and she is easily impressed by cute things like Fuuko. Yuu is like Kyou as they have similar hair color and are the more serious individuals of  read more

Both deal with a girl in high school, with a single hobbie, who planned to have friends but as time goes by she does not manage to have them. However, they finally manage to get a friend who is cute and popular.

Slice-of-life comedy filled relaxing anime. Doing everyday activities with friends like what they would write, "cute girl doing cute things".

Both are short anime and heart-attack inducingly adorable. Both are from the always amazing CGDCT genre and are good to just kick back and relax... not for too long though, as Wakaba*Girl is only 8 mins per episode and Pan de Peace is even shorter with 3 mins per episode.

Pan de Peace and Antique Bakery are about a cast member of a single gender (Pan has all girls, Antique has all men) making delicious pasteries.

This anime is also about cooking. Normal people who love food and its makers. All caracters love good food and drinks.

Both series have an infatuation with bread, and said bread contains immense symbolic capital.

Pan de Peace and Shining Hearts are both anime about bread. While Pan de Peace is more slice of life/school, Shining Hearts is more of a fantasy anime

Both anime's have one thing in common and that is bread. Pan de Peace shows the characters making bread and so does Yakitate Japan but it's more detailed on the ingredients. Kazuma and Minami are both characters who get excited when it comes to bread. Both anime's bring people together with the love of bread!

Cute girls doing cute things anime where the moe cast are sickeningly sweet creatures resurrected from the depth of the uncanny valley. Vague relations to food (mushrooms and bread respectively), but more off-putting than anything else. Some attempts are made re: contemporary relevance in both. The girls all fit very neatly into their character types and the similarly preppy music would be lifting and energising magic for the soul if one managed to hold on to their soul past the 30 second mark. So I guess if you are one the the select few who enjoyed either Pan de Peace or Forest Fairy Five, you will be  read more

They both have the same genre: "Slice of bread". Oh, and it's a moe anime with moe characters doing moe stuff.
