If you like watching short shows about moe high school girls talking about food then both shows are much watches. JK Meshi has more breadth (pun maybe intended) covering a wider range of food stuffs, whereas Pan de Peace focuses on breads and baked good.
Both anime center around what most people would probably call "characters" eating and/or making food, going "Mmm Oishii!", and probably enjoying eachother's company despite being soulless hollow shells of moe blob. If you like one there's a good chance you'll like the other, although I would ask you to please never associate with me on a personal level, and maybe seek help.
