There is a strong relation between the Claymores and the Ronin Warriors. Each are super-human warriors, and a hierarchy in power. Also, in each show, there is a human that becomes connected to the warriors. Both the Ronin Warriors and the Claymores each have a unique power or ability.

Both shows have the heroes/heroines wear magical armor. Yep, armor. They also have the power of friendship among the protagonists as well as pretty boys. The main difference Ronin Warriors and Magic Knight Rayearth is armor evolution.

Samurai Troopers is the shounen version of Sailor Moon, as the latter is inspired by the super sentai genre, they go hand-in-hand for their story and characters. Both are must watch old school anime with an identical premise: five teenagers in colorful suits fight against the monsters of an evil empire that wants to conquer the Earth. The youngsters have magical super powers - related to virtues in Samurai Troopers and planets in Sailor Moon - that make them transform respectively in armored samurai and sailor scouts (with similar transformation scenes).
