I don't think you're dumb, I just wanted to clear that CSS is not a childs play. There are a lot of sites that's teaches about it and also there are people here on MAL who does list designs for people who doesn't know how to. That's all I can help~

You see, that's why I can't teach you. You don't even know what CSS is. It's coding, like HTML. It's not something you can learn from somebody out of the blue. It requires advanced knowledge of coding~

As far as I know it won't be an anime and I don't know why didn't you find it. It's even among my favoruites.
Making a list like that requires a knoledge about CSS coding and I don't think I could teach you something like that.
