Just simplicity. It's easier to see everything on AniList and it is easier to create a profile (shore, you can't be as creative with profile, but I spent here too much of my time making the profile how I want to, on Ani-List it is much simpler and easier to do).
Adding as much Favorite Anime,Manga,Characters,Staff as I want. MyAnimeList has a limit, so yeah.
The rating system. I can choose what rating system I want (smiley faces, stars, decimals and the basic, so many options, here on mal you only get numbers, not even a decimal option, Having seen as much Anime series as me, you will need the decimal rating system). I've seen ~210Days worth of Anime, if you take out the specials and such (basically extras for that specific Anime series) . This has been done in ~5 Years, I slowed down a lot, bcs of real life responsibilities.
Adding comments to the specific Anime you are watching. In MAL it's a bit weird or was weird.
These are the main things for me. Most importantly it's simplicity. I don't have time to be bothered by creating a profile and such, I just want to add Anime I watch, add a couple of notes and that's basically it. I've grown out of the customizability faze! ;) I mean I like MAL for it's customization, but now I just want it look clean and modern and simple.
