I started watching the first anime you recommended to me, and I'm really enjoying it. It reminds me of Bakuman, which is one of my favourites. I'll write more when I finish it and get to the second recommendation.
I hope you had lovely holidays. Happy New Years and all the best to you!
happy new year!
you have a nice profile !
Happy New Year~
Hope it'll be a good year for you!
✧。٩(ˊᗜˋ )و✧*。
Lots of manga in your "favourites" section are sadly untranslated in English, hope they atleast get an anime adaptation.
Likewise, nice to meet u too:)
Same here with Shimazaki. I only started reading it recently and haven't caught up to the latest chapter yet but I'm hooked!
MAL friend and you appeared there.
since i liked a lot your pfp and your
profile as well i felt like sending you
a friend request ! ⁽⁽ଘ( ˊᵕˋ )ଓ⁾⁾
About how I read it, Angel Voice was published here in France about 15 years ago and a library I often go to had them, so I could read it. I understand why you read it in one go, the pacing is pretty good, especially in the second half, I ate the last 15 volumes straight xD
If you like sports mangas, I have a few I'd recommend. For a long time I felt like "specialized" in sports animes as I mostly watched these, I love how young people can dedicate themselves getting to the top of their discipline aaaah I love that T_T. Do you especially like any kind of them, like nekketsu ones (like Major, Eyeshield 21), or maybe Slice of Life-mixed (like Ashita no Joe or Adachi Mitsuru's works), even maybe more dramatic (like Kamigami no Itadaki or One Outs)?
I can read japanese though, that's why some untranslated mangas can be found in my list. I read on your profile that you're japanese, do you live in Japan too?
If you liked this story I really recommend you this manga: Rookies. It's about a teacher who was fired from his previous job, trying to build a baseball team in his newly-joined school. However, the club got taken over by delinquents as their hq, and he will try to make them discover and interest in the sports, to make them earn respect by other means than violence, and make them do something valuable of their time. It's basically over the same thematics as Angel voice: How to deal with school life, the joys and sorrows coming with a passion, redemption through sports, etc...
Anyways have a nice day!
