Hmm. I don't have a one-size-fits-all method, but I'd say it depends on how you pace yourselves. Find yourself a way to motivate yourself to watch more episodes by talking about anime with others or even alternate being reading manga/LN or whatever else you do in your pastime.

i would say an 8, while reading it i wasnt really emotional but at the same time i did feel empty while reading it, and when i was done i started bawling my eyes out
