Your Lie in April - I liked it a lot overall, and gave it a 9/10

Attack on Titan - I finished the first 2 seasons, enjoyed both of them, and I’ll definitely be watching the rest of the seasons in the future. Levi’s my favorite character in the series. Erwin’s one of my favorites as well.

Violet Evergarden - I’m actually planning on watching it this year. The visuals look amazing, and it looks like an anime that I might really enjoy.

I’ll also be watching the first season of Re:Zero, as well as all the JoJo parts. I completed the first two JoJo manga, and really liked them both.

And yeah, I don’t have any particular desire to have you tweak or add anything. I’m totally okay with your opinions just as they are. :p

Literally my hianime f❤︎cking froze during the umbrella scene, and I had to watch it about 5-6 times until it finally played all the way through. trauma, I tell you. 💀

It's so cool how we have similar tastes! That or i really just need to expand! Hahah!! Feel free to share some of your favorites! I'm stuck rewatching s2 of Sword Art Online and I'm like not feeling ittt, I prefered s1 lol but I'm trying to convince myself to finally finish this anime since i only got as far as the first part of alicization, which i loved. lol

So far, I would say my favorites are Steins;Gate and Hunter x Hunter 2011. I actually haven’t completed Hunter x Hunter yet, but I do plan on finishing it sometime in the near future. The entertainment factor was just really high for me right from the beginning, so much so that I felt like adding it to my favorites way early on haha. I’ll also watch and complete the 1999 version sometime in the future. Steins;Gate is another anime that I really love, and consider an all-time favorite. I love the characters, the setting, the story, plots, the big plot twist, SERN, world lines, time travel, conspiracies, various concepts and theories etc. The ending was perfect too in my opinion.

I also plan on expanding my favorites list in the near future once I complete more anime. :p Do you have a top 5 favorite anime from your favorites?

that's so awesome and totally okay! I think I made an account maybe 4 years ago but only just recently started filling up my list, replacing myanilist. this one sits well with my OCD better, haha. I'm still newish to the anime crowd, watching mostly what my fiance recommends to me, but if you're into romance, I've recently watched "Our Dating Story: The Experienced You and The Inexperienced Me," which is just a cute love story between, well, one who's experienced romance and one who has absolutely none. their dynamic is just so cute, just an easy little rom-com to binge as it is only 12 episodes long. if you're more into action, obviously, jujutsu kaisen is always good, MHA. I've mostly tried to keep up with the popular "mainstream" anime, mostly to talk with friends. I've also seriously enjoyed Jojo's BA, again, mostly for the memes and conversations with friends. despite that, they're all still really enjoyable to watch. I love the horror genre, and I've played Corpse Party plenty of times. I gave the anime a try, which is alright, considering I definitely prefer the game, but it doesn't hurt to shoot that your way! A good horror I enjoyed was "Another," similar to Corpse Party, with some death, gore, and a curse upon a school. Now my all-time favorite anime as of 2025 (or basically just from what I've watched, lol) is "Re: ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-" basically everything I've mentioned here, horror, comedy, romance, action, it's all here in re: zero. it's just, ah, chefs kiss. it seems like a regualr isekai anime but this one can really mess with your head, which makes it so addictive. ahhh! this is super long I'm sorry, haha!! but these are a few off the top of my head, of course, you're more than welcome to take a scroll through my lists. ❤︎
