I am back at college and still no resolve on my DVD theft investigation. I'm guessing the police in Sioux City have no idea of how to approach and prosecute someone for theft. I know it's not a lot by their standards, but theft is theft. I want justice!
If anything, at least tell me that you're not going to pursue, then I could take matters in my own hands.
