I spend far too much time writing text walls in the notes, but pls read them if you'd like my quick review on a series! I also might give specific ratings in between stars. Someday I will actually post those reviews, but they're all unorganized thoughts right now lol.
It's hard to pick only 10 favorite anime/characters, so whatever's on there is really what I think is the best. Also I will usually drop a series if it's not interesting to me.

So I thought about it for a while, and discovered all the series I like have one or more of these:
- characters with development/funny character dynamics
- intriguing plot that keeps you wondering what's next
- realistic drama that is not happening for dumb reasons
Bonus points (not the most important) :
- nice animation with good directing (and for manga, interesting panel layouts)
- memorable ost that fits the vibes of the show
- good voice acting

Some other things I can't put on my list: I read a lot of webtoons, (like ITGR, Not So Shoujo Love Story) reading Idolish7 part 4/part 5, and have watched the tv drama version of She Loves to Cook, She Loves to Eat

First ever manga: The Summer Hikaru Died, Witch Hat Atelier

I've made my list so I can really dive into every detail about the series I watch, and look into why I liked or disliked them. Hoping I can gain the ability to convince anyone to watch my favorite shows and also generally get good at communicating thoughts and putting them into words.
If you want to talk about similar anime interests absolutely go ahead! But I don't accept random friend requests out of nowhere, unless we've interacted in some way first
