The cast of monogatari is also one of the best I’ve seen! I think they’re all unique and developed so well throughout the series.
Yes, I feel like the conversations are both the strong and weak points of the show. People who hate monogatari say it’s because they talk too much, but fans of the show love monogatari because they keep talking haha.
Just like you, I personally love these conversations and how they are animated. I haven’t found anything quite like it. Bunny Girl Senpai has a similar way of presenting dialogue, but it doesn’t have the same charm as monogatari in my opinion :)
