My anime powerlevel grows by the day. You cannot begin to comprehend it.
I'm pretty strict about ratings these days, but most stuff is still probably overrated by a point or so. Average is supposed to mean just that, but I think 6 is probably what I give an average show these days most of the time. Anything above that had to be reasonably entertaining.
Anything I gave a 10 to was either emotionally draining, or executed an inherently interesting or novel concept perfectly. Or it just spoke to me personally and was exactly the right thing for that moment in time.
