Thank you so much for being my secret santa! I loved the rascal does not dream series and liked blue period as well. I'm going to watch apothecary diaries once the second season is almost over. You have a really great list and I would like to recommend you some anime to watch as well:

A Place Further Than the Universe - Really fun anime that does the "youth" trope very well. It's full of fun and cute moments but also has some great emotional episodes as well.

Tanaka-kun is Always Listless - Hilarious and cozy slice of life anime that is hard not to smile at.

Pseudo Harem - Don't let the name turn you off, this is not a harem. It is a cute romance that is amazing to watch after a long day. It is hard not to smile through the whole show, although I do have to warn you, it does cause that feeling of loneliness that 12 episode romance anime tend to do.
