The biggest similarity between these two manga is that both have at least one MC with a troubled past who is able to look beyond their troubles and find solace in an unexpected partner. Apart from that: # One of the MC is shunned/kept at a distance by the rest of the school # The MC's partner has friends, and MC is slightly jealous regarding that # No question of confused sexualities - everybody knows who they are right from the beginning of the manga # Supportive besties Rouge's art is not in the same league as Asa to Mitya, so keep that in mind when reading it.

Both manga have MCs who are survivors of sexual abuse, and how slowly, two very sweet and understanding guys (who are confused about their own sexuality) help these survivors come out of their shells, making them overcome their traumas and lead normal lives.

The air about these two school based yaoi manga is similar. The room that "explicit things" are done in, as well as being headquarters for the dominant group and the school being ruled by the strong. They differ in that : in Caste Heaven they are elites and have cards that state who is on top, and in Rouge it is a delinquent school where strength determines the leader.
