Okay I would definitely recommend this manhwa to whoever loves an amazing romance manhwa. All of the elements of this manhwa were standout to others i’ve read before. It actually made me cry SO MUCH and it was sad but i don’t think other people cried. Serious the author of this did such a great job with the art and story writing. I felt real feelings for these characters and related to them. It was written so well that I was able to feel for our main girl gayoung. The inner dialogue scenes felt do real and those were when I cried the most. I ... cannot tell you how much this storytelling made me feel like a roller coaster that only goes up. The ending a was also perfect i wouldn’t ask for a better ending and i just felt so content with the characters even though some of them were annoying. But the main thing i got out of this was that the characters felt so real i just had such a great time reading this. I even started up until 7 in the morning to finish it. I binged it and cried so much. I love a good cry in story’s. Highly highly recommended.

Something About Us is a manhwa about a college girl named Doh Gayeoung and her best friend Han Woojin(childhood friends to lovers genre) so they were only friends during high school, Gayeoung starts to like Han Woojin during his first semester with her at college, after that begins a romantic feelings filled with joy, pain, cuteness, and fuzzy feels, this manhwa had personal problems in their lives but lived their high school phase with a lot funny moments that they treasure but when they get older and start their adult life they discovered about love. IMO friendship-turn-love story with smartly emphasized the developing progress of ... the two young people that realistic and relatable to our daily experience. In terms of target audience, the story falls more towards josei, yet you'll also get the sweet, fuzzy feels for shoujo audiences, which is an amazing balance, its all have shown a balance of both maturity and immaturity. The steady development of their relationships are good and both in the aspects of growing distant also closeness. There's nothing to complain about the arts good. What i liked most from this manhwa is female main, she was shy but not weak, she did what she thought she should do. Though what i think unfortunate its the ending kinda a bit rushed. Conclusion this manhwa Incredibly enjoyable that showcased a unique friendship but it quickly makes itself stand out by not relying at all on sexual appeals or more mature themes to pull you in not forget to mention all of the characters dynamically grow not just in age and life but also in terms of their personalities. If you aren't hooked after the first several chapters i recommend to keep reading. It starts with a rather generic childhood-friend turned s romantic-interest plotline but the point when most romance stories would peak (the "confession") is the point when this manhwa really starts to take off. Thank you author for leading the readers to feel an emotional attachment to the characters.

There were definitely many positive aspects to this Manhwa. The main leads have great chemistry, and the artwork is unique and expressive. It's also nice to see adult romance with some adult problems. However I have mixed feelings overall as there were also many negatives. Honestly I am kinda surprised by how high the average rating is.

So many of the characters problems could have been resolved by simply communicating. If this is a pet peeve for you in romance stories skip this one. It's okay for there to be miscommunications sometimes, that's just human relationships, but miscommunication was essentially the only thing that pushed ... the story forward. It's filled with cliches like people overhearing gossip, getting hurt, but not talking about it so everyone is just confused they are behaving differently. Everyone is insanely jealous of everyone else. The side characters are two dimensional and many don't get any development until the side stories after the main ending. The author didn't even bother to resolve the relationship between the main character and one of her two best friends before the rather abrupt ending.

Overall I feel like there was a good manhwa hiding somewhere in this. I think if the author had toned down some of the overused cliche tropes, lengthened the series a bit to round out the side characters and interpersonal relationships, and did a better job resolving the loose plot threads before the end, this could have been an all time great. But as it stands I can only really recommend this to someone who doesn't have a large backlog of other things to read, someone who doesn't care about tropes, and someone looking for a simple completed 'childhood friends actually win' story. Would not really say this is a must read, but also can't say it's terrible.
