Both main female characters are very similar. Both girls where forced in to situations to make them crossdress and forced to go into an all boys school. Both girls are surrounded by hot guys. So if you like one you will love the other.

Both are reverse harems with a badass fighting girl in the middle of them. Both involve the main character disguising herself at certain points in time. Comedies that include fighting and plot points of being the banchou of the school

A fighter (literally) girl goes to a school that's filled with ruffian guys, but she manages to make a name for herself bc of her fighting techniques.

We have a dude who dresses up as a blond girl, and his faithful butler who is sworn to secrecy. But while Kenka is a comedy, Shounen is a shoujo-drama that was unfortunately dropped by its scanlation group.

Both series feature siblings Gender Blending. In maria holic its from the male perspective ie going to an all girls school as an boy in disguise. In both series their true identity is found out by their sophomore senpai. In maria holic its from boys perspective where as in kenka banchou otame its from girls perspective. But the biggest differences lies in its genres coz Maria Holic is about Comedy n Kenka Banchou Otome is about reverse harem plus romcom (i think).

Both main characters are a girl that disguises as a cute guy for certain reasons, in other words it's a gender bender genre. The guy fall in love with the girl thinking themselves are gay because they likes a guy. But both manga is so adorable that makes you blush.

Both follow a girl who has to pretend to be a boy who is skilled in combat/self defense. Both have a lot of action pieces as well as character development and story lines that make you want to continue reading.

Although the premise of both the manga is the same - a student is forced to cross dress in order to attend and graduate from their school, the treatment of both these premises is different. Even so, you'll find that the humour and the "impossible" love undertones are similar to both.
