This manga has just caused me SO much anger and as a Nepali, I'm just so upset, So let me give you a few reasons why it sucks. It shows the country of Nepal in a negative way. It shows as if once kumaris have retired, they are treated awfully and as unpure which is UNTRUE. They are just treated as normal women and are provided with education. Why spin around the rich beliefs of Nepalese for your story and negatively contribute? Yes, I understand that this story is not supposed to be culturally accurate but neither are stories about demons, etc. Yet in those ... stories, all of the people watching KNOW it is untrue. The Nepalese culture is unknown and it breaks my heart that when our culture is actually shown in media it's shown in such a negative way. For anyone reading this, please leave a bad review to this manwha. Please don't watch the anime or read. And if you do watch it or read it? Educate yourself on the cultures of Nepal and know-how wrongfully it is portrayed along with educating others.

The above sentence is one you will see a few times in this manhwa. You'll understand its significance when you read it.

For the Sake of Sita's Sita is partly based on the Sita who is the central female character of the Hindu epic Ramayana. I can't say anything about the accuracy of the portrayal of the Sita in this manhwa, it would be best to keep in mind that this is not a super accurate portrayal and that they are quite different in their portrayals.

Simply put, this is a love story. Not a grand one spanning centuries or decades ... but a rather simple one. The story moves fast and not a single panel seemed to be wasted. The romance is not the kind that is just said, there are plenty of actions that both leads take to show each other their love.

The characters may seem shallow at first but eventually we get to see more of what is in their thoughts. In particular, one character who may seem perfect will eventually become more human.

It's a cheesy love story but it's a rather decent one. That being said prepare tissues if you get attached to stories too easily. You won't be getting out with your eyes dry.

Give it a try, perhaps it will be to your taste.

Story:
A unique tale about Sita the kumri girl and her life from start to end. The narration is shared between her and her ML Sangmin in sometime a confusing but engaging way.

Art:
Nothing too fancy but done quite suiting to the story atmosphere.

Character:
Flat, especially Sangmin was uninteresting and dull.

Overall:
... Depressing and tear jerking 💔
It's so heartbreaking to think that there might be alot of young Nepali girls whom have had Sita's experience but with no Sangmin to help them out...this reminds me of 1Liter of Tears, where the heroine got someone to support her unlike the real story 💔

Hopefully this an ancient tale that isn't really practiced in this day and age.
