Both have this.. kinda sad aura. They both revolve around the sad reality of things. Though Lookism is a long, ongoing WEBTOON, For the Sake of Sita is a completed short story. Lookism is a drama genre and For the Sake of Sita is more of a romance. Both are very good and can make you cry 

Aisopos is a story about a young boy who was taken away from his family. In this way, he starts out similarly to Sita, though they leave their families in different ways and for different reasons. Watching Aisopos grow up was just as cute as watching Sita struggle was heart-rending. If you liked the characterization in For the Sake of Sita, you may enjoy Aisopos, a well-thought out adaptation of Aesop and his fables. If you're looking for a webtoon that has a sweet transition between timelines in the way that we see adult Aisopos, child Aisopos, and Aisopos's parents then For the Sake of Sita is an awesome romance to try out! We get to watch Aisopos grow up in the same way as Sita, and both stories are heartachingly realistic. Readers of Aisopos may enjoy watching how Sita changes over time. Fruits Basket está na lista dos meu super favoritos! Ele sempre me emociona, e eu aprendo muitas coisas boas com ele. Os personagens são ótimos, e já está sendo licenciado no Brasil. Entretanto, particularmente não gostei muito do anime, porque o mangá é 1000 vezes melhor e o final do anime (que não conclui a história) é decepcionante. "For the Sake of Sita" é um mangá coreano, mas que conta uma história que se passa na Índia. Baseado em fatos reais, é um manwha muito lindo, empolgante e diferente! 

Both involve time travelling, in both the male lead sacrifices his happiness for the sake of the female lead's happiness, while "Happy if you died" has a comedic tone, "For the sake of sita" has a much more serious and a highly dramatised tone to it.
