Manga: Gakuen Babysitters
Considering both manga involve raising/babysitting young children they have several similarities. Both are cute, episodic, feel good stories with a slice of comedy thrown in as well. The biggest difference is that sodatechi maou is set in a demon world and the child is raised by these demons, however there is absolutely zero scary moments and is even more comedic than gakuen babysitters.

Cute kid melts hearts of demons that were supposed to be the bad guys.

Manga: Maoujou de Oyasumi
Both series essentially have a human amidst the demons and in a way wreak havoc on the demons daily lives. It is also shown that the demons aren't so bad after all.

Manga: Barakamon
Both manga are about an adult who has to learn how to handle a child in their life and the change it brings. Barakamon is more focused on Handa's inner turmoil, while SodaMaou is focused on learning to become a family.
