Both are very twisted episodic horror stories adapted from a novel. While Fetish is about a boy who has a strong liking to injured women, Goth is about a boy who fantasizes about committing murders in gruesome ways and a girl who likes to see people suffer before they die.

The premises of both these manga are very different, but the treatments of their subjects are pretty similar - both have gore, shock, twists and turns, and a healthy sprinkle of psychological jazz in them. Note: Fraction has a lot of gore in it, so if such stuff triggers you, avoid it.

Ch 3 of Mousouka and ch 5 of Fetish, both involve a man who has a massive fetish for seeing other people hurt themselves.

If you enjoyed the last three chapters of sheet no sukima, you'll enjoy fetish. They give the same"WTF just happened!?" feel.

Twisted love that is purely violent and psychopathic. Fetish, being shoujo is muted and psychological with little gore. Ana Satsujin, a shonen, is heavy on the gore and funny.

If you liked Fetish, you'll surely like NH. Both are great, psyhological and epic.

Both manga is compilation of psychological one-shots. Fetish is a little more about violence and obsessions and they are not really similar but you get the same feeling from both.

Has similar themes (especially All of Sully/Lily): - Obsessive and twisted love - Psychopaths - Characters that eventually spiral into insanity because of love and obsession.
