Both isekai in a fantasy-rpg world and have similar female MCs surrounded by bishounen. Both MCs are some kind of healers. Both pretty good! 

Both character's get sent to another world Kuro no Iyashi Te: the main character gets sent to another world as healer that can heal anyone with her magic Ikinobimasu: the main character asks for a cheat to create any potion she wants to survive in the new world and heals people through her potions  

Both main characters end up in a a video game type world. 

Both isekais with good humour and strong female leads and if you need more convincing hear is the english tittle of this wonderfull manga: "The White Cat That Swore Vengeance Was Just Lying on the Dragon Kings Lap" 

It's similar in terms of rpg though 1/2 prince is about a warrior while Isekai is about a healer Both female mc are strange and new to the mmorpgs that they play 

Both involve female MC transporting/resurrected into another world both have a fantasy feel and are great to read different is that one involve the female mc to turn into a monster instead of a human hero like any other fantasy mmorpg setting. If you like parallel scenario into a fantasy world then you gonna love these two

"Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami" is about a girl getting reborn into an Otome Game as the villianess and avoids her fate and uses her old world knowledge to better the land her father hands to her. 

Both have a fantasy world setting. "Isekai de "Kuro no Iyashi Te" tte Yobareteimasu" is a manga where a girl gets transported to a new world and is soon known as "the black healer" and "Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta!: Kokuyoku no Haou" is about a guy that gets stuck in a game world as his female character. 

Try reading Isekai de "Kuro no Iyashi Te" tte Yobareteimasu and Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari together. It's like you are looking at a coin flip for deciding who gets the more pleasant half of the situation they are in.
