Both of these have pretty artwork and are Manhwa. Totally Captivated is also shonen ai, although a bit more explicit (16+) But if you like Boy Princess, which has a good amount of comedy to balance drama, Totally Captivated would also be a great book to read. The storylines are entirely different, but the tone is relatively similar. 

Manhwas with gender bender+shounen ai, a evil yet kind-hearted prince and a charming innocent "princess"/"woman". Both have a relationship development, dealing with the past and searching for happiness. Royalty and kingdoms... Bishies and drama.  

Both are manhwa, they share a similar graphic style. Besides, their protagonists have androgynous bodies or are acknowledged gender benders. The two manhwa are set in fantastic realms and share a really complex plot: secrets, Machiavelian plans, politics, challanges, romance... You sure have to pay attention to the story development!  

In both the main boy is crossdressing as a girl because he took the place of a girl(in I-ren, it his his best friend, in Boy princess it is his twin sister) to be the bride of a man they dont know. Very beautiful art in both.  

Both stories are about a boy in disguise as a princess, except that in Kiss me Princess the boy is of royalty. Other similarities are the political issues and the conflict between the members of the royal family. 

Two good, entertaining and funny stories. The characters are somewhat similar and so is the treatment of two royal families. The only difference is that in BP, the two are actually both boys. 

One is shojo while the other has a bit of light shonen ai, but both are about royalty and romance with good unpredictable stories, interesting characters and humour.
