Both series are comedies about a blossoming relationship surrounded by the tenants of an apartment complex, and do a decent job of fleshing out all the tenants and making them seem like family. They both eventually get darker as feelings are realized. Ai Yori Aoshi is more focused on romance and has more mature scenes (lots of fanservice and nudity, of which, Mahoraba has nearly none) than Mahoraba. Mahoraba is a family-friendly series that focuses more on delivering good messages. Mahoraba has better character development and both series have romances that develop quite slowly.

Both romances of a guy and a girl with multiple personalities and the guy tries to help the girl deal with her sickness

Both deal with a guy who meets a girl with a mysterious background... while Mahoraba is more on the lighter side to Change 123's non-stop action/violence, both still deal with plot around the ideas of having to handle multiple personalities both are a great read!

Guy falls in love with a girl with multiple personality disorder. Mahoraba has more of a comedic feel, while Ibarahime is more dramatic.

They are both romantic comedies. The heroines are the managers of the dorms the guys live in, and they both have a past that they have to get over with. They both feature weirdos living under the same roof. Maison Ikkoku is more serious, while Mahoraba is usually more casual but can be quite dramatic at times.

Silly romantic comedies in which the heroine has multiple personalities.

This manga is similar in terms of atmosphere, but the story is complete different (in a sense). When I first read this, there was this feeling like "this artwork and character personality is so similar to one that I have read before."

I guess you can see Living Game as a more mature version of Mahoraba. I mean, it's all about friends separating but coming back together at the end. I guess it's what you call a "feel good" manga

Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou is very much along similar as Mahoraba. Both series about a guy who moves into a boarding house filled with "unique" characters and falls in love with one of the girls. The manga highlight their romantic relationship in similar ways; lighthearted in nature with comedy here and there, no angst heavy and little to no drama. In general, the story mainly revolves around the complex and its residents daily lives. I highly recommended these two if you want to read a romance manga with actual progression.
