Manga: Hidamari ga Kikoeru
Both manga are about uke disability which makes it hard to communicate with other people and seme who understands them on a different level than everybody else. The stories have similar sweet-but-sad aura around them, although Hidamari is a shounen-ai while Kanashii have quite a lot of sex.

Manga: Isso Koe ga Nakattara
Both manga have an uke who is mute/stutters which forces him to isolate himself. Enter the seme, who is super kind and understand towards the young boy's condition, which helps the boy open up to the seme.

Manga: Bukiyou na Silent
both yaoi. Shares a character who somewhat unable to communicate, and another character that understands the disabled character cause he loves him so. Silent is more detailed and well-developed then kanashii. But Kanashii is still a cute read.
