It'd have been better as an NTR hentai and I could fap and easily get it over with. The story and characters which started with such a decent and wholesome premise took little time to go downhill further and further. The only thing that improved was the art and the coloured panels. Around chapter 136, it made me so restless that I stopped waiting for the translations and read the raws directly. And here's my short comment on everything that happened:

It is cheating and NTR, fully, no excuses, no over-estimation. With a premise where characters are in a relationship and things go awry, it's okay ... to hope for developments to happen with side characters but when they are married, it is totally unforgivable. I don't know if that sensei is just too trusting of Asami or has a really bad understanding of reality, but he is too forgiving for situations that'd lead to dire consequences in real life. I know this is fiction and doesn't really need to emulate real life scenaries, but when things take such a sharp turn that it even passes the supernatural, it is to be pointed out for simply being unaccecptable. Asami is also no less than retarded. It is during the middle section of the manga that you will find yourself unable to root for or relate to anyone. However, I still continued reading hoped that they'd change. But no, retardation can not be cured, and especially foolish couple who have nothing to do with each-other but overly kind to everyone else is just too much to cope with and nothing is to be solved. They are just to be forgotten while they are still in the darkness.

TL;DR: Wife is faithful to husband but retarded as hell so much that she can't reject other's advances to the point of almost having sex with them. The husband is an indecisive man suffering with sudden strokes of depression due to his wife's actions, but still trusts his wife too much. Both are, however, good people as the author wants to portray.

Just divorce already!

P.S.: There is, technically, still a 'happy' ending.

Okusama wa Joshikousei isn't really an outstanding manga.
The story was ok, not really special and got very annoying rather fast. They could have stopped making the manga after ~chapter 50.
The art was decent, not my favorite but that is a personal thing. Also there were a lot of boobs panty shots, so be prepared!
The characters are flat, annoying and partly really weird. The only character I kind of liked was Kyousuke.
Mizunosaki Sasuke was the most horrible of all. Oh my god. I can't describe how fucked up that kid is, I was so glad when ... he started appearing less.
I'm not sure if I really enjoyed the manga. My overall reaction is stated above but I kept reading anyway.

EDIT: I'm still reading it, the story got me a little bit hooked.
Kyousuke was my favourite character but he fucked it up big time. It's just getting more dramatic and worse. Awful characters are added to the story and decent characters are ruining themselves. The main characters should just divorce and end this, their relationship is quite toxic.

EDIT 2: I finally finished the manga and I'm glad that it's over. The story just got worse and worse and more awful characters were added, one even topped that kid Mizunosaki.
The end fell flat for me. Even though I disliked reading the manga, it could have ended on a better note. After the climax they just went right back to their lives as if nothing happened and the pages before didn't mattered.

Oh god. This is my first review so it's probably gonna be shitty, but I honestly couldn't give a shit. This is one of, if not, the worst manga I've read in my nearly 10 years of being a fan of anime and manga. Stay away from this garbage if you want to keep your sanity. I'm barely functioning after read about 100 chapters. First of the characters. Oh god the characters. Don't get attached to anyone ((especially) the female protagonist) as they will continuously piss you off to no end. Characters will do things that any human with common sense would know they shouldn't ... do but do it anyway. The art is probably the only saving grace of the entire series, though the only reason it's this good is probably cause it's the only reason any one would read this smut. All in all fuck this manga, don't read it, don't watch the anime (yes there is one), just...don't try too look at anything that is related in anyway to this piece of shit manga. Peace the fuck out.

A pretty decent shoujo/smut manga. I liked the premise, and the characters are unique and well-developed. I don't really understand how Onohara and Kyousuke ended up married, but... however it happened, it puts them in some very interesting situations x3

It's different in that the girl is the one more actively trying to seduce her husband. His obliviousness is quite amusing, though I imagine if it goes on for many more chapters, it'll get annoying. I haven't been able to read the whole manga yet, but I thought it deserved a review all the same. The plot so far isn't much more than the relationship between ... these two, but it's quite interesting and comedic.

The art is stunning - well-designed characters (Kyousuke is adorable!) and none of your typical stick-skinny manga girls. These are women! Also, there are TONS of beautiful colored pages; way more color than I have seen in any other manga, and it's such a treat. Definitely lots of ecchi scenes.

Overall, a fun read. I hope I can find the rest of the chapters soon!
