Both mangas have weary similar leading character groups. We have this girl who is chased by some kind of organization/family and somehow she manages to get a bodyguard who is rely good at what he does to promise to protect here at all times. Offcorse the bodyguard has a friend who helps him with tactics and stuff.

Both series have a female gunslinger who can quickdraw with a gun thought to be too heavy and impractical to use. Both series also take place in a wild west setting.

Both has a revolver men or boy in a quest for something; It also include assassins/ evil guys with no particular development; Both mangas have duels; The main character is in a quest for a mysterious missing parent (in Peace Maker for a person related to him, in Gun Blaze West for a [dead] friend).

While not entirely similar, since BK is about demons, they are both set during the Wild West era and contain secret organisations and extraordinary gunmen.
