Both of these manga star a single guy who is in charge of taking care of a little girl. While Aishiteruze Baby is aimed towards a younger audience and Usagi Drop, being a josei, is aimed towards an older audience, if you enjoyed one of these stories, chances are good that you'll enjoy the other. The situations that both Kippei and Daikichi go through are oddly similar. Both Yuzuyu and Rin are equally adorable.

both are cute, both are adorable and have refreshing scents to them, about two little kids/a girl who got entrusted to their relative/s after losing a parent. if you liked one you'll love the other

~ Teenage boy who ended up taking care of his cousin. At first he doesn't really care about the whole setup since the situation doesn't concern him at all. Taking care of a child is not his responsibility. Too much of a hassle for a teenagers vocabulary. But as the days pass spending time, studying, playing, cooking together will make him understands how fun it is to be with each others company. Getting attach from one another makes the bond stronger. This sets his mind to be the responsible cousin that he is suppose to be.

aishiteruze also has a male lead dealing with looking after a young girl for different reasons. Though it has a lot more focus on romance, cuteness, and drama, definitely a shoujo manga compared to my girl, but the themes are similar.

Cute manga about taking care of kids.

Papa no Iukoto has elements of a shounen rom-com wrapped around a fundamentally sweet story about a boy raising three girls. Aishiteruze Baby has elements of a shoujo rom-com wrapped around a fundamentally sweet story about a boy raising one girl. Both are feel good stories about young men learning to be parents, and about how that newly found maturity helps them get closer to the girls that they like.

Aishiteruze Baby and Bokura ga Ita both have a very slow paced plot line. Not that the manga drag on but they are very in depth when in comes to character emotions and feelings develop over a longer period of time. They each have a relationship obstacle that the main characters must try and over come through out the series.

Cute little girl looking for affection. She end up changing the lives of the people around her.

Cute series about school kids raising a young child and finding love in the process; Aishiteruze Baby is much longer, more serious and more in depth; Papa to Mama is extremely short and much more idealized.

If you like adorable kids and atypical male leads, check Taro-kun wa Kou Miete Igai to xxx desu. It absolutely hilarious!

Both manga feature adorable little girls who are comforted through hard times by an older brother figure. Both manga have tearjerking moments, and they gave me very similar vibes.

If you like the "cute child with older guardian" thing. Bam.

The main characters in both take care of young children, and in both cases this helps them to find love and romance. Raising children is shown as helping the characters to mature and be better romantic partners, instead of being seen as an interference or a detriment to their romantic interests.

The male caregivers couldn't be more different (a high school playboy vs. an average teacher), but the kids and the relationships are similar. Both kids are both extremely cute, both trying to deal with being without a mom, both just trying to be friends with everyone. And both male caregivers find their own social lives gain depth and meaning, as they learn how to be good fathers. Also, both dads spend a lot of time learning to make bentos.

Both are about a guy who watches over a girl. in AB it's about a normal guy who watches over his aunt's child. They don't fall in love as girlfriend boyfriend but in HtA they do. Alos in HtA, the guy is a vampire while the girl is a human. Both are really sweet romance stories. If you like one, I'm sure you'll like the other. >.<

Both are incredibly heartwarming stories where the male protagonist has a little girl appear out of seemingly nowhere and he alone is responsible for taking care of her as her new big brother. The stories are told amazingly well where the characters experience many valuable life lessons like love and heartbreak, dysfunctional families and the importance of being together with loved ones, and the significance of responsibilities and keeping promises. Both little girls, Choco and Yuzuyu are blindingly cute, and they will make you want to keep reading right from start to finish.

Both mangas are about a guy who has to take care of a youngster and the girl he likes! Tipei (AB) has to take care of a little girl who's mother couldnt afford to bring her up. Yukiya (SD) in the other hand has to take care of a little boy who's mother is dead. Both mangas are very sweet and have a hapy end! =]

In my review I explained the similarities. Deals with teenagers put into surrogate parenting roles, for one reason or another, of a preschool relative. In Aishiteruze Baby, it's a teenage boy who's taking care of his baby cousin after her mother abandons her. And you see a developing romance with his schoolmate. This story is a teenage girl who's already in a long term relationship with her boyfriend taking care of her baby sister after their mother passes away. Of course in both stories these teenagers do have other relatives. But both focuses on their intimate relationsihp with their  read more

The story is very similar, both manga's story is about a strange little kid who suddenly came ~! If you like Daa Daa Daa then you might like Aishiteruze Baby. : ))

With similar premises -- a child or teen is suddenly forced to become a foster parent for a toddler -- these two series have a lot in common. They're both sweet and heartwarming, but aren't afraid to turn on the drama when need be. Also notable is the way they accurately portray small children.
reportRecommended by Anomalous
Both series deal with problems within a family, as well as depict a nice loving family.
reportRecommended by Pyapi
Both are about playboys that wind up taking care of a kid. With Aishiteruze baby the protaganist takes care of his relatives child that she abandoned, With Ore no ko desu ka the guy ends up with a kid and note that says its his child and has no clue who the mother is. both are good reads~

The most hearthwarming shoujo manga I know. They have the perfect balance between drama, funny moments and romance.

both main characters ending up with a child to take care of out of nowhere, different in who takes care of the child, in aishiteruze baby it's popular guy in highschool, in otaku no musume san it's an otaku

One is supernatural and one isn't. However they are both sweet stories and if you like aishiteruze baby and dont mind blood you'd like monster and child. Enjoy.

Both involve a teenage guy having to take care of kinder-garden children. And both have a kinder-garden girl who is very attached to them. Aishiteruze Baby is a guy and a kinder-garden girl + another teenage girl. Aiko Desho!? features the guy working at a kinder-garden, and the kinder-garden girl attends that school as well.
