The art and the story are pretty similar. Two handsome and popular semes make their move on the uke, who won't accept it at first. I should point out that Futari no Musuko ni Nerawareteimasu has more sex scenes, and they are more explicit. 

Nearly identical plots - a weak and useless uke (who has no will of his own), is forced into being in a physical relationship with two dudes who "love" him. The two dudes also have a healthy competition between them regarding who can manage to win the affections of the uke more. Both manga have pretty art styles, which are, honestly, wasted on this train wrecks. 

Both stories deal with the issue of incest, with their virgin elder brother/father being raped by the twin brothers.  

Both are about Father/Son(s) couples. Though Don't Touch! Daddy? is a little lighter then Futari no Musuko ni Nerawareteimasu in the fact that it don't tell as much of a story as FnMnN. Both have similar back stories as well. If you like one you'd probably like the other. 

3P in both manga though the first story in Kedamono Hatsujouki. I would prefer Futari Musuko for better H scenes and some romance. Well, both are BL ;D
