Both are about Father/Son(s) couples. Though Don't Touch! Daddy? is a little lighter then Futari no Musuko ni Nerawareteimasu in the fact that it don't tell as much of a story as FnMnN. Both have similar back stories as well. If you like one you'd probably like the other.
