A girl accidentaly meet a boy and then fall in love with him

Both have the whole commoner x rich dude thing down, and they're both pretty cute and funny. Plus, the main character is both all about doing something with their own strength, and not having to rely on other people. However, Kiss/Hug is a little more revolved around romance then Kaichou wa Maid-sama!.

they are both sweet love stories

Think only in terms of romance: Cardcaptor Sakura is a child-like plot that inspires you to believe in yourself. Kiss/Hug is a mature version that inspires you to grow apart to stand together. While reading Kiss/Hug, it made me think that if Sakura & Syaoran were older & in a more mature story, I'd hope for it to become like this. It'd be a great fanfic plot if you reverse the characters.

i think its got similar art work. its with a boy and girl as well but this manga is very dramatic. A MUST READ!!

Both have alpha male heroes who declare the girl theirs from the first time they met.

I'm actually surprised no one recommended this. The guys are really similar, workaholics and from families with bigger businesses. Yukino is more independent than Karin but they both go through the struggle to become there own person. The relationships in both manga's are basically identical. The girls are hesitant, resistant [i found Karin in Kare first love to be incredibly annoying towards this issue...but you get through it] and the guys are pushy. The love that develops between them is genuine though which i think is where they are the most similar. Both decent reads if your into shoujo

They both have the same kind of feel to them, both shorter but fantastic stories and have beautiful artwork with strong characters! I couldn't even make a decision for which one's better... check them both out (:

A naive girl/woman meets a cool, high class men that is interested in her. For some reason... The problems, solutions, comedy relief moments follow without delay and they are both quite enjoyable. Since K/H is a shoujo and HM is a josei with strong shoujo affinity - well you can read both ^^

Different stories but they both have this amazing sweetness and innocence.

The stories are both different, but both are really sweet in their own ways and show a young sweet relationship, though BGA gets much darker and sadder as you read on

They both have a similar stories and both of the guys are mysterious.

both of the heroins have a tendency to punch or kick at close physical contact with the main characters. the stories are very different, but similar at the same time somehow.

Its both shouje and it has lots of comdy in it. You get the same feeling while reading Kiss/hug, its like you want to read more of it and never stop till the end of it ^^. Here's the summary "Uru is a very short girl and is constantly mistaken for an elementary school kid, but despite that, she is ridiculously strong and decides to live by herself after her mother gets remarried. She ends up working at a small cafe with two rather unique co-workers, Shindou(demon king), who acts gruff and intimidating, but who is really a nice guy who loves to make cakes and pies  read more
