Both are from the same author. The main character in both stories drink a pill to change their age and become artists. In Full Moon she turns older to become a singer and in 31 ai dream she turns younger to become a model.

Idol Dreams and Anonymous Noise are both shoujo manga where the main character is a girl who has some kind of tender, fond feelings for a boy she once knew. She's forced to forget about him however, as circumstances beyond her control show up and she also ends up being somewhat involved in music, with Idol Dreams having Chikage become an aspiring idol named Akari and Anonymous Noise heavily themed around singing and even a whole music band. Both manga just generally feel like they may have the same appeal for shoujo fans.

Idol Dreams and Mistress Fortune are both magical-girl-esque shoujo manga created by Arina Tanemura. The main character is a girl who realizes she may have had a crush on a boy she knew for a long time... at possibly the worst timing ever. The two series may be very different in terms of premise and how they explore them, but any longtime fan of shoujo and/or Tanemura should try and give these a shot, at least for the manga-ka's art style, which is as dazzling as ever in either series.

While the series is similar to full moon in its idol transformation and elements this series is also similar enough to ReLife that I'd be willing to bet Arina Tanemura is a fan. Noth series feature a pill that transforms a person back into a teenager. While Relife deals with the themes of reliving youth to overcome trauma and regrets in a school environment, Idol dream offers the mc a chance to go back to being a teenager and overcoming regrets as well, but she chooses to become an idol and live her teenage life to the fullest

Idol Dreams and Cyber Idol Mink are two shoujo manga where the main character undergoes a new transformation into an eye-catching lady, quickly getting roped into the world of showbiz. There is a bit of a danger to this new situation, as the transformation comes with a time limit and possible trouble concerning the kind of technology/science that makes the MC transform, but a male character(s) aspiring somewhat in the industry convinces her to keep going. Expect some lovely shoujo art as you read.
