They're similar in how it starts out as far as the 1st chapter of busou shows. Both have a girl dominant school in which involves martial arts as well as some sort of powerful group (Supreme five swords -busou) (Dragons - dragon riot). The male characters are shown powerful however unlike how the male in dragon rioting is shown as a good and honest guy overall, the male in Busou is shown as a sort of antagonist.

First of all, similarities - as soon as i read the description for dragon's rioting, they both have a guy who caught the attention of the most strongest girls in the school which is somewhat similar to Girl's of the wild's plot -Cute and Beautiful girls Difference - MC in DR is strong and OP while the MC in GotW is weak at first but then trains to the point were he can protect himself and is on par woth some of the fighters - GotW has romance and specific scene that may melt your heart as to DR may little to no romance at all, depends on the individual. Both have a similar high school martial arts setting with super strong girls with special abilities, although in comparison the roles are kinda reversed in each story with the main heroine in Nejimaki Kagyu being the strong op one with the MC is the weakling while for Dragons Rioting the MC is the strong op one and the heroine is the weakling. Although it fun to see how Jubei goes through her struggles with love rivals and how Ayane learns Ryūha Koei Sōgetsu from Rintaro while he's trying to not get aroused! And of course, I really would pay to see a fight between Jubei and Kyouka!

Both have a similar high school martial arts setting with super strong girls with special abilities, and loads...and I mean LOADS of ecchi in them. And considering how much trouble Rintaro has with Hentai Syndrome in his story, would he even survive in Tenjou Tenge?

Both Manga involves a male character having gynophobic (Fear of Females) but the difference is that Dragons Rioting is more of an action manga while Girls Saurus is more of slice of life style but in Dragon Rioting it not called gynophobic its called Henisei Tashu Ijou Syndrome (also known as Hentai Syndrome) a fear at looking at erotic girls

Both stories follow a genre aware MC who try to avoid typical situational tropes and adding a funny twist to it. In Criminale the MC's power is the power to attract criminal activity towards him and once he starts his high school life he gets put into a classroom full of criminals! Same thing in Dragons Rioting except the MC has an hentai disease so if he ever gets aroused he will die, but somehow ends up in a girls only high school that just became co-ed. We follow these characters and their quest to fit in with their new surroundings while also trying to  read more

Both series have a school were students are encouraged to fight each other through martial art like combat and are both harem/ecchi series. Differences: Dragon rioting has a main character who avoids lewd actions while in the other the main character loves lewd things.
