Both have a similar high school martial arts setting with super strong girls with special abilities, although in comparison the roles are kinda reversed in each story with the main heroine in Nejimaki Kagyu being the strong op one with the MC is the weakling while for Dragons Rioting the MC is the strong op one and the heroine is the weakling.
Although it fun to see how Jubei goes through her struggles with love rivals and how Ayane learns Ryūha Koei Sōgetsu from Rintaro while he's trying to not get aroused!
And of course, I really would pay to see a fight between Jubei and Kyouka!
