Black Bullet

Both talks about how the remaining of humanity walled/barricade themselves in area(s) to prevent themselves from extinction. For Shingeki no Kyojin, MOST of humanity lived in an enormous area, barricaded by three circular walls. For Black Bullet, survivors of humanity barricade themselves in several surviving countries through the help of monoliths in a circular motion.

Both talks about how an unknown enemy threatens their existence. For Shingeki no Kyojin, it's about the Titans, which is considerably taller than them (3m-60m) that may intrude the walls whereas for Black Bullet, several monsters known as "Gastreas" may sneak into the area protected by the monoliths (to keep them away from the protected areas)

Both explains the fact where the protagonists need to retrieve something that could potentially unlock the secret to saving humanity and eliminating the threat of the enemies.

However, the behaviour of the protagonists are vastly different. In Shingeki no Kyojin, we've a hot-headed and impatient fool known as Eren while in Black Bullet, we've a slightly more cooler and tactful man known as Rentaro. Also, their partners are different too. 

In short, if you've read Shingeki no Kyojin, Black Bullet is the closest resemblance to a modern "Shingeki no Kyojin" whereas if you've read Black Bullet, Shingeki no Kyojin is the closest resemblance to a middle-age "Black Bullet". w/e   read more

While the stories don't have much in common, what is similar are the relationships the characters in the story share and the protagonists' backgrounds. Both protagonists learn martial arts from a childhood friend and both work to solve conflicts with a kid as their partner.

Manga: Kuusen Madoushi Kouhosei no Kyoukan

In both mangas, a pair (group in Kuusen Madoushi) of people fight off groups of "bug monsters" that threaten the lives of citizens. Both males seem similar in most aspects, mysterious, and also have similar appearances. Both males also have to handle girl(s) who he is supposed to fight off these "bug monsters". Both mangas also have humans that live in secluded areas. These mangas do have differences, as in Black Bullet, the females wield a special ability in which they are able to fight and have animal traits, whereas in Kuusen Madoushi, they just have some sort of special ability.

Both pair a guy with one (or more) lolis with supernatural abilities in order to deal with sci-fi crimes, in ZKC it's terrorism by espers and in BB it's alien invasion.
