Both center around a love triangle where the female lead pines for a playboy in love with someone else at first.

The main girl falls in love with a boy who can't forget another girl. Also, both manga have a lot of love triangles. Both have lots of drama and a similar feel.

If you like traditional shoujo romances like Crazy for You, I think you will like Nanoka no Kare. The male lead in Crazy for You is a playboy, while neither of the guys is that in Nanoka no Kare are that but one has a bad boy vibe. The female lead mets the guy and falls for him although the set ups of how she meets the guys are very different. Also the patterns of the relationships are different, but each has similar shoujo elements. Each girl also goes out with another guy for a while.  read more

Its about a girl who met a guy and they fell in love, they fall in love but break up and the guy ends up playing with other girls. Very related in some ways. Very sad!

These two mangas somehow game me the same feeling. Although they had very different plots, the main female characters give me a similar feeling. The relationship between the main characters also feel similar to me. I do think that Kimi no Uta ga Aru is more realistic than Crazy for You. The endings of both also remind me of one another.

Both of them are about girl's who are fall in love with boy's first ... Both male leads background kinda similar ...& Main character's have bunch of friends to cheer them up ... I think the atmosphere in both manga is too much alike ...

They both have same story line and love triangle. However, Chitose etc. has a different explanation as to how the main characters met compared to 'Crazy for You'. The main female characters of both manga falls in love with the main guy character and doesn't wanna give up.

In both there are love problems between group of friends and they don't know how to solve these problems with save their friendships .

Because of the multiple love triangles, and *spoiler* because the main girl's crush is love with her best friend. The two of them have pretty complicated relashionships.

Hana Yori Dango is a prequel of Crazy for you (source: MangaUpdates) Same storyline: girl likes guy, guy likes another girl, but still he tries something with the other girl. yada yada yada. lots of drama!

Both of them involve girls who fall in love with a guy they cannot be together and the timing is bad, but both are going into depth about their feelings~ So if you liked one of them, you should read the other too~
