Both Koizora and Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu are dramatic stories. They both involve tragedies such as the boy force to saying goodbye to the one he love.

- In both the main hero has a serious heart disease. - Slow romance, beautiful artwork, touching story.

Both have a similar storyline = bittersweet. Even the art has a similar feel. Mucha Kucha Daisuki is shorter compared to Boku no Hatsukoi. Their ending is different in the sense that Boku no Hatsukoi ended like a cliffhanger whereas Mucha Bucha Daisuki had a proper closure. The situation of the guy in Boku no Hatsukoi is similar to the situation with the girl in Mucha Bucha. But nonetheless they are really both similar like 80% similarity.

Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu is beautiful like Sand Chronicles. Kimi ni Sasagu goes through the character's life starting from children similar to Sand Chronicles, although in Kimi ni Sasagu, the story of the characters as kids is more brief while Sand Chronicles goes through their main character's life very steadily. There are many, many differences between these two manga but I believe if you can appreciate one of them, you can appreciate both. My only warning to Boku no Hatsukoi readers: in the beginning, the art is quite questionable. But as the characters get older, the art  read more

Both series are about kids dealing with death.

Both stories revolve around an impaired male and a cheerful girl. Though Boku is a lot more serious, both are comical, cute and sad. They're both very down to earth, too. Kingyou is a lot shorter, though.

Both manga's include a love that isn't easy to maintain and get. In BgI Yano has a lot of feelings and actings that are in the way. In Boku no hatsukoi the main guy has a disease that makes it hard for them to be together. At a main point the guys both think that they can't make the girls happy, so they try to create a gap between them. Overal both story's are drama lovestory's Also both are in my favorites. Don't forget too check the other one!

Both manga have different settings and types of characters, but it's about two people who fall in love, but know that one day, death might come for the guy, so they try to stay by each other, with each other as their reason to live.

They don't really have much in common except they're both romantic tragedies.

Both stories have sad, almost tragic love story, also friends fall in love with the same girl.

Both are very sad stories with a main protagonist that suffers from a serious disease. Both have romance.

Both have a similar love triangle: a tomboyish girl, a cute boy that wants to be tough and a "perv" popular guy. Both deal with bonds, family, friends, love, past events and life-death situations. Both have an unique art and comedy moments mixed with drama.

same mangaka. both are very romantic and has drama in them. both are "forbidden" love - one because it's between twins and one because the guy has a heart desease.

both are sooo romantic, and can make anyone cry! besides, anyone that reads them both must love them.

both manga treat about the first, pure love which has to overcome some difficulties. if you like a bit romantic, sweet stories, where a boy always behaves like a prince ;) then you should go for it.
