Both have a similar storyline = bittersweet. Even the art has a similar feel.
Mucha Kucha Daisuki is shorter compared to Boku no Hatsukoi. Their ending is different in the sense that Boku no Hatsukoi ended like a cliffhanger whereas Mucha Bucha Daisuki had a proper closure. The situation of the guy in Boku no Hatsukoi is similar to the situation with the girl in Mucha Bucha. But nonetheless they are really both similar like 80% similarity.
Both manga have a heroine and a guy who meet and fall in love, vowing to be together as they grow old. But, nothing can be perfect as there are love triangles for the girl and the guy, as well as unexpected events land some of them in a hospital...
