When I started reading these two manga, it reminded me one and vice versa. Devil Survivor and Mirai Nikki both contains supernatural as well as a bit of psychological feeling that involves the main protagonist. The game contains elements of predicting the future as well as responding to them accordingly. There is a mysterious atmosphere in both series as well that seems to have a larger meaning behind the events that is happening. Both series has action, drama, romance, and some gore.

Both are focused on life or death styled stories and both share striking visual styles as well too. 

Both have an apocaylpse setting to it and both focus on the end days of humanity too and supernatural stuff too. 

both share similar themes of teenagers surviving in a high risk area and share and edgy artstyle. 

Both are death games with a teenage cast that could be killed at anytime and they must learn to trust each other or face death.  

Both are based on popular jrpg franchises and both focus on a ya cast and both have a good amount of action in them as well too.  

Both are in modern Japanese settings and are dark fantasy have apocaylpse like elements in it and are also with lot of dark stuff happening in it too and both have demon and angel like stuff in it as well too. 

Both deal in a murder under suspicious supernatural circumstances, as well as a dark and broody story enviroment and ya cast focus as well too and also really nice too look at art and character designs. 

Both are based on religious supernatural styled stories placing characters in life or death situations with a trippy and edgy artstyle included.
