If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”   This list contains only completed lesser known battle shounen manga (so no Jojo, Bleach, FMA and similar stuff). I also excluded manga that may have some battles but are primarily other genre, like comedy (Sket Dance) or survival (Imawa no Kuni no Alice).   Same rules just like other stacks and this will be last one i do for a while.   Mangas that have a sword and sorcery, sword-and-sandal, medieval/fantastical middle ages like setting     Manga that either start off slow to build up world and characters and then goes full steam ahead with NO breaks or manga that start off very fast paced with occasional small (1-2 chapter) breaks. These manga may have a high amount of gore and sometimes even character deaths.   Shonen and Seinen series which have individuals battling against each other, most often with special powers or fantasy-style special abilities, and also have a large number of chapters. Not recommended unless you have time to kill. |
