These stories are very similar. They're both cute shoujo ai stories about two girls who fall in love unexpectedly and the problems that they face. If you like one, you'll like the other.

Two of the most famous Yuri manga series, and with quite a few things in common. Their storylines have very similar plot points and story beats, and in particular their last tomes are almost eerily similar structurally. Both are highschool romances with an emphasis on lesbian self-discovery, and the way they develop is warm, cute and very sensitive. YagaKimi's artwork is very detailed and its paneling and use of lighting is very good; while Girl Friends is more cartoonish and exagerated, not allowing characters actions and expressions for a moment of normalcy, but they both complement their tones really well. YagaKimi's story is more subdued, dramatic  read more

Both these manga are shoujo-ai/yuri, have extremely cute art styles and a tiny bit of ecchi. Both manga give off the same feeling when reading and are set in all girl high schools. If you like one you'll certainly like the other!

Both Girl Friends And Aoi Hana Are cute stories about Two best friends falling in love with each other.

Pretty sure that Dekisokonai no Himegimi-tachi was heavily influenced by Girl Friends. . . Both feature a gyaru befriending a shy and awkward bookworm and share many almost identical plot devices and storylines, the most blatant instance is probably the bath scene. That was just way too on the nose to be a coincidence.

School, shoujo ai.. and slow story.. but still really good and can't get enough of heheh ^,^-

Both are realistic and heartwarming yuri series that show the girls change through their relationships, though Girl Friends is much less serious.

It's by the same author, except dealing with a different set of girls. Girl Friends is currently at 22 chapters+ whilst Kuchibiru is only one volume with two related oneshots. Also, Girl Friends focuses a lot on girly things like make-up and has an angsty story whereas Kuchibiru is more light-hearted. They're both good mangas, and I think if you like one, you should like the other.

If I were to make a list of yuri manga that are absolutely fantastic for beginners and veterans alike to read, and enjoy, both of these would be on it, along with a few others that I'll try my best to write recommendations for. Follow the trail to learn about what makes yuri fantastic, (and, not to be rude to fans of citrus, cause I enjoy the manga myself quite a lot) without "relying" on forbidden love tropes, and trying to keep things as honest and clean as possible. That's not to say there won't be drama, though. Although Kase-san is essentially devoid of drama  read more

Both are yuri romances with very little ecchi, but with lots of emotion and love. Both are set in high school with characters that help each other grow and change for the better from beginning to end, all while falling in love with each other.

Both very sweet and adorable shoujo-ai/yuri stories. These manga share the same light and fluttery warm feeling.

If you read Nettaigyo looking for yuri, or if you just found it, like it, and want something with more substantial romance elements, here's a fine place to go next.

While Girl Friends is significantly shorter, both stories focus on the cute relationships of feminine girls. Ano Kiss features a few different relationships and all are very romantic and really adorable. I would also say that both series are directed towards a more feminine audience.

Highschool romance, doesn't feel too slow or too fast, fluffy and good rep

Fluffy high school romance, girl A falls in live with girl B, then girl B falls in love with girl A. Good rep.

Fluffy gl relationships that makes you grin like a madman.

Both mangas are about girls who become friends and then one of them realizes they have romantic feelings for the other, with the relationship developing in a slow pace.

Girl Friends and Ichido dake follow the story of emotional maturity, romance and seduction between the eyes of odd and awkward main characters. They handled their stories through a cute and detailed style, on one hand Girl friends follows a shoujo direction while Ichido Dake moe. However this doesn't prevents them of showing nudity and sexual scenes, handled in a respectful and somewhat solemn way. If it is for the attractive art-style, the main pair chemistry or moderate sexual scenes, both series will accomplish it with a coherent narrative and smart panel compositions.

Two girls meet. One of the girls is the dictionary definition of innocence in every sense, while the other is depicted as a little less innocent, and maybe even a little promiscuous. One way or another, they become friends. Both girls believe themselves to be straight at the beginning, but as the story begins, it's clear that at least one of them is romantically interested in the other.

Both are shoujo-ai with beautiful art work, one has a darker tone while the other is more light-hearted.

Both manga have a very enjoyable story, some comedy, interesting characters and the relationship between the girls is very well developed. If you enjoyed reading Girl Friends, you'll just love Zenryaku!

Friendship between girls which blossoms into something more. Both titles provide realistic and beautiful portrayals of shoujo ai and female relationships in general.

Both portray yuri relationships in a serious light. The characters explore their emotional and sexual attractions for each other realistically and believably.

Both series revolve around girls who begin as friends, yet due to circumstances, find themselves being attracted to one another, and trying to overcome the hurdle of a same sex relationship.

NTR & Girl Friends are both Yuri series that focus on the growing romantic relationship of two girls. Both series has a struggle of two girls in a hetero relationship but has romantic feelings for their best girl friend. NTR is more explicit than Girl Friends while Girl Friends is more innocent. But Girl Friends does have a few ecchi moments as well.

Emotionally centered yuri manga.

in both of them they start with one of the main girl that thought that the other girl was sorta mean or selfish but as they started spending some time together they both realized that they had feelings for each other <3 and they both are AWESOME!!
