Hideout and Ibitsu similarly have both Horror and Seinen categories. They have contracted plots and graphics that adds impact to the atmosphere that is needed at an important scenario. They are both Completed as well.

Both series play heavily on the psychological horror aspect of the stories. Each chapter you'll be wondering what the Main Characters will do to survive. Though Hideout is much shorter than Bastard it still is worth the read.

Made by the same autor these two are very good works, especially Green Blood. Both have a nice story, even though Hideout is a short novel covered in a volume. They are not similar in the story they tell, but one thing they have in common is their beautiiful draw art, made with too much care.

I'm not sure how to explain, but, I think Hideout and Berserk has very similar feautures. Mostly as the male protagonist in Hidout is similar to Guts. If you would like to read something unique, dark, gory, badass, with a considering amount of depht, and amazing artwork - Then you should most definitely read this suggested manga.

Both are 'pure' horror stories lacking comedy and weirdness, instead opting into atmosphere and appealing more to primal fear. They also make strong use of shadows to reveal only part of what's scary, leaving a lot to the imagination.

What happens when you're trapped in a place, with nowhere to go, and a killer by your side who is thirsting for your blood? These recs are perfect for each other as they're both short, have psychological elements in them, alongside characters with sad backstories. Both manga also employ the same 'sketch' like art style.

Both Confession and Hideout are about two characters trying to survive while at the same time kill each other due to a grudge. Betrayal is also a big theme in both works.

If you like mystery gore, this is for you. Also mention that hideout's drawing is personally better.
