Human fighting some mysterious monsters? that's what this manga have in common. there are even human fighting in some suits in hakaijuu, well you have to read it i won't spoil that much. but if you've liked gantz you will like this title and the around!

Manga: Green Worldz
Both of them are similar because they involve big powerful creatures that are dangerous for the human race. The stories of both of these mangas are different and treat different topics but they give the same feeling when reading them and I am pretty sure you will enjoy one if you enjoyed the other. The art is pretty good in both of them (better in Hakaijuu imo) and the stories are pretty easy to follow.

Shingeki No Kyojin have titans/giants. Hakaijuu have aliens. In terms of similarities, both series share the following: 1. The monsters featured here are horrifyingly ENORMOUS and hungry for human flesh. 2. The setting in both series are on a sudden brink of destruction/apocalypse caused by the monster attack. 3. Humans struggle and fight for survival. 3. Lots of body horror, gore and deaths. 4. Highly detailed art.

Manga: Eden no Ori
Trapped with man-eating creatures that ripped or exploded (Hakaiju) people into pieces. Truly, These two manga are perfect if you're into that type of stuff. There is also the main male characters who tries to protect someone important. The main difference between the two is that Cage of Eden is filled of dinosaurs while Hakaiju is filled with different kinds of aliens!
